PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This promotion (hereinafter, the "Prize Draw") is organised by STARLITE MUSIC GROUP, S.L., with Tax ID B-65900771 and registered office at Urbanización Señorío de Gonzaga, Bloque 13, Apartamento 6 A, 29660 Nueva Andalucía – Marbella, Spain (hereinafter, the "Organiser"), operator of the "Starlite" brand and organiser of the Starlite Occident Marbella Festival 2026 (hereinafter, the "Festival").

The Prize Draw is a promotional activity linked to the Festival satisfaction survey, accessible via a QR code displayed on the screens installed within the Festival venue.

Participation is limited to natural persons who attend the Starlite Occident Festival venue in Marbella (Málaga, Spain) in person during the Participation Period.

The Prize Draw will run from 31 July 2026 until 23:59 (Spanish peninsular time) on 28 August 2026 (hereinafter, the "Participation Period").

Any natural person who meets the following requirements may take part in the Prize Draw:

• Being over 18 years of age at the time of participation.
• Being physically present at the Festival venue during the Participation Period.
• Completing the survey via the link https://encuesta.starlitefestival.com, accessed by scanning the QR code displayed on the venue screens, truthfully and completely providing their name and a valid email address.
• Not being a member of the staff of the Organiser, of the companies of the "Starlite" group, of the Festival sponsors, or of the advertising or marketing agencies involved in the Prize Draw, nor a direct family member of any of the above.

The Organiser may exclude from the Prize Draw, at any time and without prior notice, any participant who breaches these terms, provides false or incomplete information, or uses fraudulent means to participate.

To participate, during the Participation Period the user must:

• Locate the screens within the Festival venue displaying the QR code associated with this promotion.
• Scan the QR code with their mobile phone camera, which will redirect them to the survey hosted at https://encuesta.starlitefestival.com.
• Complete all mandatory fields of the survey, including their name and email address.
• Submit the survey, expressly accepting these terms and conditions and the applicable privacy policy.

The complete and valid submission of the survey within the period set out in clause 5 will grant the user the status of valid participant in the draw. Participation is free of charge and does not require any purchase or financial consideration, without prejudice to any mobile data or internet connection costs the participant may incur with their provider.

Each person may complete the survey only once; if several submissions from the same person are detected, only the first one will be taken into account for the purposes of the Prize Draw. The same person may only win one prize.

Two (2) prizes will be drawn (each, a "Prize"), each consisting of a bundle of gift items provided by Festival sponsors and by the official Starlite store. The specific content of each bundle will be determined by the Organiser based on the availability of items provided by the sponsors, and the two bundles may not be identical.

One (1) draw will be held among the valid participants on 29 August 2026.

Each Prize is personal and non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for its cash value or for any other product or service, and is subject to the availability of the items provided by the Festival sponsors.

At the end of the Participation Period, the Organiser will select two winners from among all valid entries for that period by random draw, using an auditable random selection tool.

The result of the Prize Draw will not be publicly announced on any channel. The Organiser will contact the winners directly via the email address provided in the survey.

The winner will have a maximum of 48 hours from the sending of that notification to personally collect their Prize at the official Starlite store located within the Festival venue, during the store’s public opening hours, proving their identity with an official identification document. If the Prize has not been collected within that period, the winner will forfeit their right to it without any compensation, and the Organiser may freely dispose of the uncollected Prize.

Participation in the Prize Draw implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions and of the Organiser’s judgement in resolving any matter arising from the Prize Draw. Failure to comply with these terms will result in the participant’s exclusion.

The personal data provided by participants through the survey (name, email address and, where applicable, an optionally provided telephone number) will be processed by STARLITE MUSIC GROUP, S.L., as data controller, for the purpose of managing participation in the Prize Draw, holding the draw, and contacting the winners and delivering the Prize to them, on the legal basis of the performance of the relationship arising from voluntary participation in the promotion (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Where the survey additionally collects the participant’s consent to receive commercial communications from the Festival or from other brands of the Starlite group, by email or via WhatsApp or other mobile messaging services, such additional processing will be based on the data subject’s consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR and art. 21 of the Spanish LSSI-CE), which must have been collected separately, specifically and unequivocally in the survey itself, and may be withdrawn at any time.

The data will be kept for as long as necessary to manage the Prize Draw and, thereafter, for the applicable legal limitation periods. The Organiser will not disclose participants’ personal data to the Festival sponsors or to third parties, except where legally required. Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to privacidad@starliteuniverse.com, and may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if they consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations.

The items making up the Prizes are provided by Festival sponsors and partners and by the official Starlite store, as a commercial collaboration with the Organiser. The sponsors are not organisers of the Prize Draw and assume no liability whatsoever towards participants arising from it. Any query regarding the Prize Draw must be addressed exclusively to the Organiser, never to the sponsors.

In accordance with Spanish personal income tax (IRPF) regulations, prizes in kind arising from draws or random combinations for advertising purposes are subject, where applicable, to a tax prepayment payable by the Organiser when their market value (acquisition cost increased by 20%) exceeds 300 euros. Each winner must declare the Prize received as a capital gain in their IRPF tax return, regardless of whether a tax prepayment applies.

The Organiser reserves the right to modify, extend or reduce the Participation Period or to cancel the Prize Draw, in whole or in part, where justified causes exist (technical, force majeure or any other beyond its control), provided that this does not unjustifiably harm participants and is communicated through the Organiser’s channels.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from the interpretation or performance of these terms, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Marbella, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction to which they might be entitled, unless consumer protection regulations imperatively determine a different jurisdiction.

These complete terms and conditions are available and will remain permanently accessible throughout the Participation Period at https://encuesta.starlitefestival.com/en/encuesta/bases. The QR code and the venue screens will include an express reference to these terms.
